Where to put it

Counter signs, table tents, receipts, packaging, invoices, thank-you cards, and the last page of a menu. The best spot is wherever customers are when they feel most satisfied, right after a good meal, a finished repair, or a warm welcome.

Ask the right way

Google welcomes businesses asking for reviews, but its rules do not allow offering discounts, gifts, or anything else in exchange for them. A simple "Enjoyed your visit? We'd love a review" works well and keeps your profile safe.

Questions

Does a Google review QR code expire?

No. Your review link is stored inside the code, so there is nothing to renew. It keeps opening your review form for as long as your Business Profile exists.

Where do I find my Google review link?

Sign in with the account that manages your Business Profile, search for your business on Google, and choose Ask for reviews. Copy the link it gives you.

Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?

Yes. Asking is fine. What Google does not allow is offering rewards, discounts, or payment in exchange for reviews.

Can I see how many people scanned it?

Not from the code itself. Your Business Profile shows how many reviews you receive, which is the number that matters most.
